Creation
A guided four-page form captures the job. Parts are bundled with up to two photos each. A voice note can be recorded at creation, and the job starts at 0%.
JobID is issued as [INITIALS]-[SERIAL]-[TYPE].

Workflow
InSynk suggests Pre-Press, Press, Post-Press, Delivery. You can add, remove, or reorder any step. A flowchart shows the order you settled on.

Assignment
Access D assigns each task. Fair rotation names show who has the lightest load, and they can override that and pick anyone else.
Reassign only while a task is still in the assigned state.

Execution
Access D taps Accept, then Complete. If something blocks the job, they raise a Hiccup. Photos attach to the job and recorded voice notes play back.
No Start button and no timer.

Monitoring
Access B reads eight live tiles: active, completed, rush, voice, pending, active assignments, overdue, and top department by workload. Stage history logs who moved what, and when.
Overdue and hiccup alerts go to the level that can act.

Reports
Done jobs sit at 100% and their history stays on the record. Access B exports a monthly PDF by hand and shares it. Every export is logged for your records.
