Production Flow
A seamless, automated journey for every print job, completely eliminating manual tracking and lost job sheets.
1. Job Intake & Verification
Admins receive customer orders and enter details into the InSynk dashboard. The system verifies material availability and schedules the job.
2. Workflow Generation & JobID
InSynk instantly generates a unique JobID and printable QR code job sheet with step-by-step production routing.
3. Print Production
Operators scan the QR code to pull up the job, start their timer, and begin the printing process. Real-time status updates on the dashboard.
4. Cutting & Finishing
Post-print, the job moves to finishing. The next operator scans the QR code to log cutting, binding, or lamination times.
5. Quality Control
QC managers inspect the finished product, scanning the QR code to approve the job or flag it for reprint with specific error codes.
6. Packing & Sorting
Approved jobs are packed. InSynk automatically generates shipping labels and delivery challans matching the JobID.
7. Owner Verification
For high-value or critical clients, an optional owner verification step triggers an alert for final sign-off before dispatch.
8. Dispatch & Archival
The job is dispatched to the client. The system archives all production data, logs completion times, and updates monthly analytics.
